If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, The Shoe Centre will gladly refund, exchange or credit your purchase within 21 days of date shown on invoice.
In order for goods to be refunded, exchanged or credited:
- Shoes must be unworn and only fitted when on a clean surface
- Shoes must be in their original condition
- Shoes must be returned in their original box
All returns, exchanges and credits must be accompanied with the original receipt Refunds are always processed within 1-5 working days of receiving the goods using the original method of payment at the time of purchase. We will only refund the price of the goods and not the postage charged unless the goods are damaged or faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
When returning goods we would recommend that you use recorded delivery as you can track the delivery.
The Shoe Centre is not responsible for goods that are lost in the post or missing.
